Yoga with Nicole

In this 1-hour yoga practice, Nicole Studer weaves together the wisdom of Tantra philosophy with modern yoga elements, accompanied by sound, scent, breath and meditation. She invites you to bring body, mind and soul into harmony as we prepare for the dance ahead.

For many years, Nicole has been walking the path of yoga, and after a life-changing encounter in India, she embraced her calling to share yoga and create spaces of healing and transformation. She now teaches at her studio 8vollYoga in Winterthur.

Ecstatic Dance with martinaglows

Martina’s sets guide you out of the mind and into the body to help you release everyday stress and expectations, create space for your emotions, and reconnect you with the present moment.

A lifelong music lover born into a family of professional musicians, Martina’s passion for music and dance runs deep. Her music blends healing world music with afro house, Latin rhythms, and dancehall, weaving powerful journeys towards full presence, self-acceptance, and emotional healing to help you glow from the inside out and remember that you are already enough as you are.

Sound Bath and Singing Circle with Steven & Cecil

To close the evening, Steven and Cecil will bless us with a sound bath and then guide us into a heart-opening singing circle. Together, we will chant simple mantras that everyone can join, no matter your voice or experience. Singing in community is a beautiful way to connect with each other and bring the evening to a gentle close.
